Now that I have been properly initiated in the real estate biz, I’ve been thinking more and more about what motivates buyers and sellers in their selection of a realtor. The easiest answer is RELATIONSHIP. And that is the right answer.
But how is that relationship formed? Is it only after several transactions? If that were the case, many new realtors would be struggling to gain a foothold in the marketplace.
And many do, as we complete with realtors who have practiced for many years and have long established clients.
So, how do new realtors reach out to the marketplace? If you are a buyer or a seller, or have been either in the past, please let me know.
How did you find your realtor?
What is the impact of social media and the internet on real estate advertising?
How do you feel about realtors calling you at home to offer their services?
If you are a homeowner, are you interested in knowing more about your home market? If so, what is the best way for a realtor to provide that information?
I am genuinely interested and would appreciate your input.
Oh! And one last but very important thing - did you know that I can help you with any rental, purchase or sale ANYWHERE. If you need help renting, buying or selling - give me call.
Thanks!
